We want you to feel secure in your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your Yale Home purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all hardware and documentation.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

Pack Your Lock

Securely place the product, including all keys and mounting hardware, back into its original manufacturer packaging.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
